I am particularly interested in the links between nutrition and mental health and find that many of my clients who come to me for weight loss or other physical ailments also find their mood and anxiety are relieved by the dietary and lifestyle changes I have recommended.
Isabel is an experienced counsellor who worked for several years in Primary Care (NHS) and for mental health charities. She works closely with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, helping them to feel empowered to deal with present and future problems.
