Are you…
Struggling with health issues?
Tried different diets but you still don't know what is right for you?
Worrying that things are just getting worse?
Wondering if an immune system imbalance driving your problems?
Maybe it’s your gut health?
I was once where you are. Since devoting myself to understanding how so many health conditions are driven by gut health, inflammation and immune system imbalance, I was able to turn my own health issues around, losing my excess weight, lowering my high blood pressure and resolving my sleep and menopausal symptoms successfully and I can help you to do the same.
How I can help you
Understanding what is driving your health problems is the key to finding the right approach for your unique situation. Most health issues involve inflammation which may be due to an immune system imbalance, a persistent infection or hormone issues. For example, being overweight is often considered a cause of ill health but in fact it is equally often a consequence of these problems. I work with you to identify the underlying factors in your situation and create a plan that works for you, to optimise your health: now and in the long term.
Who are my clients?
People who enjoy food.
People who need expert help to find answers to their health problems.
People who want tools to control their health long term.
People like you!
I am especially interested in the links between the immune system and health such as:
Digestive problems and gut health
Blood sugar control
Autoimmunity
Allergies
Low mood and anxiety
Fatigue.

Why Nutritional Therapy can help you
Nutritional Therapists recognise that each person is an individual, with unique requirements. We take time to understand your situation and create personalised nutrition plans rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Nutrition and lifestyle approaches to healthcare have been shown to support the health of all the major systems of the body.
Typical priorities will include support to achieve optimum energy levels, healthy blood sugar balance, emotional and psychological wellbeing, optimum digestive health and creating a way of eating tailored to your needs.
Simple easy to achieve steps that Caroline advised, together with the supplements suggested, have turned days of dragging myself around desperate to go to bed back into productive wide awake days I thought I’d lost for ever. Thank you Caroline! I only wish I’d followed my “see a nutritionist” thoughts much earlier.
